Fontanafredda Historic Vintages Barolo Dinner at Bacchus
The history of Fontanafredda is a noble one. It began in 1858, when Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king of Italy, purchased the Fontanafredda estate -a former hunting preserve- as a country home. Soon thereafter, he began to produce fine red wines from indigenous grape varieties dolcetto, barbera, nebbiolo and moscato. Since then, Fontanafredda Estate & Winery, located in the heart of Piedmont's Langhe region, has been a benchmark for wines that deftly balance depth and elegance.
To make this evening a truly unique and special dinner, Fontanafredda has brought a special “Artist Series” of historic vintage “Riserva” wines for you to enjoy.
Join us for this evening of stunning wines paired with a Piedmont-inspired, five-course dinner crafted and prepared by Bacchus Executive Chef Nick Wirth and his team.
