Fabrice Brunel Winemaker Dinner at Lake Park Bistro

The Brunel family has been making wine for over 300 years, in the tongue-twister named region of France, Châteauneuf -du-Pape, which is widely acclaimed for its grapevines. The son of André Brunel, Fabrice, took over the family business in 2012 with a focus on non-chemical, wine-farming and a tailored ground-cover method that produces wines unlike anything else in the South of France. Fabrice says, "Our pursuit for quality, our utmost respect for the land and the drive to always provide our customers with wines they can enjoy throughout their lives, compels us to be immeasurably meticulous during its production.”

We are honored to welcome, Fabrice Brunel for a special dinner on Thursday evening, May 18 at 6:30p.m. at Lake Park Bistro. Fabrice will focus on his family’s wine portfolio which will be paired with Corporate Executive Chef and James-Beard award winner, Adam Siegel’s cuisine. The wines of this region are produced in a diverse array of styles but are known for tasting notes of black cherries, strawberry, and black peppers and are known to be wonderfully balanced and easily drinkable. The Brunels are excited to share their dedication of this historic region and their passion for wine with the Lake Park Bistro family.
