Bocuse d'Or Fundraiser for Team USA at Lake Park Bistro

Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro will host five culinary superstars on Monday, October 19 for a special fundraising dinner to benefit the biennial international Bocuse d’Or culinary competition.

These chefs will work together to create an amazing French meal and share stories of the world’s most famous culinary competition.

Scheduled to appear are:

Philip Tessier, Culinary Director, Heston Vineyards, Napa;

Jerome Bocuse, Les Chefs de France, Epcot, Orlando;

Gavin Kaysen, Chef/Owner, Spoon and Stable, Minneapolis;

Paul Bartolotta, Chef/Co-Owner, The Bartolotta Restaurants, Milwaukee;

Adam Siegel, Executive Chef, Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro, Milwaukee, and

Jean-Luc Colombo, Owner/Winemaker Vins Jean-Luc Colombo, France.
