Additional Information

The Construction Bar Association of Ireland (CBA), is an association of Irish lawyers, both solicitors and counsel, with an interest in constructional law and practice. The CBA was established in 2013 to promote knowledge of construction law and construction dispute resolution, to facilitate the sharing of expertise and to act as a technical and relationship hub for Members in an area where the resolution of disputes is often found outside of the forum of the Courts. The benefits of Membership include access to the CBA Technical Talks Programme and the Christmas and Summer Lectures (CPD), to the Annual Construction Law Conference and online access to the unique CBA Codex (containing in excess of 90 Member papers on Irish construction law and construction dispute resolution in this jurisdiction).

The CBA is an association run by Members for the benefit of its Members. If you are a solicitor or barrister with an interest in construction law we would very much welcome your application to join your colleagues in this fascinating field of practice.
