During this engaging, one-day, intensive online training, you will work on your own organization and develop your role as a change agent in a comprehensive culture development program based on case studies. Through playful simulations, you will learn effective ways to manage the complexity of culture shaping. You will also gain insights into potential pitfalls, dead ends, and sophisticated techniques to avoid them through panel discussions with clients undergoing transformation. Through interactive group activities, you will gain firsthand experience and practice in identifying the correct operational and skill-based emphases for organizational culture transformation.

The entry requirement for the training includes possession of the Technical Practitioner and Diagnostic & Goal Setting Practitioner certifications.
