CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation up to 6 weeks before the conference (full refund, less a €30 processing fee). Cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before the conference: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 weeks before the conference: no refund. No refund for no-shows. Tickets are transferable to a colleague at any time – please notify us in writing.
