Prepare for birth and parenthood at my weekend Antenatal Class. Small group class so there is plenty of time to address concerns and questions about the journey ahead. Venue in the yoga studio at Mynd Therapy, 5 Albert Walk, Bray. The venue is beside the DART and bus stop and there is on street parking (fees apply). It is on ground level and is wheelchair friendly.

- Role of hormones and how to get them flowing
- Comfort measures
- Role of the partner
- Pain relief (natural & pharmacological)
- Induction, Assisted Birth, Caesarean Birth
- Breastfeeding
- The fourth trimester including baby care
- Early parenting

Aoife Clifford Antenatal Classes Hi, I’m Aoife and I am an antenatal student teacher with Antenatal Ireland. Antenatal Ireland are Cuidiú trained and registered antenatal educators who work throughout Ireland. My antenatal classes take place over two half days (Saturday 10:00 - 14:30 and Sunday 10:00-14:30) of a weekend. This allows you some time to process the information from Day One before taking in more on Day Two. My classes are small which allows time and space for questions and discussions. The information I give you is evidence based and by the end of the course I will empower you to make informed decisions about your birth and your parenting journey. Prior to attending a class, I will ask you if there is anything specific you would like to cover.Some of the topics covered include:
