Aoife Clifford Antenatal One Day Class April 2024

Prepare for birth and parenthood at my one day Antenatal Class. Small group class so there is plenty of time to address concerns and questions about the journey ahead. Venue in a pilates studio in Charlesland, Greystones. The venue has parking and is accessible by bus. It also has a lift.

Some of the topics covered include:

• Informed decision making
• Positions for labour & birth
• Stages of labour
• Role of hormones and how to get them flowing
• Comfort measures
• Role of the partner
• Pain relief (natural & pharmacological)
• Induction, Assisted Birth, Caesarean Birth
• Breastfeeding
• The fourth trimester including baby care
• Early parenting

I have three tickets options, pay what you can, pay what it costs, pay a little more. The last option allows others to pay what they can afford and subsidies any hardship places.

Pay €50 deposit and balance is due 3 weeks before course starts.

Everyone deserves antenatal education and I aim to create an inclusive space for all. Cancellation notice received 2 weeks prior to the class date will result in a full refund of your payment. Cancellations after this timeframe cannot be refunded. Transferring to a class on another date may be possible in some circumstances. Please contact aoifecliffantenatal@gmail.com if cancelling or requesting transfer. I reserve the right to cancel the class if I do not have enough attendees.
