2019 Whitsun Weekend - Facing the challenges of the future- Building resilience

This year at Whitsun, the Anthroposophical Society in Ireland celebrates its 30th anniversary. We thought it appropriate to do this by looking at the challenges of the future and trying to begin to see how we might meet these, out of ourselves and anthroposophy. We will hold a conference on this theme, on Achill Island, County Mayo, on the weekend of 7 to 9 June, and we warmly invite as many of you as possible to join us. The intention is to have talks on the theme, conversations and exploration of the local landscape. The AGM which we proposed to have during the weekend has been postponed to Autumn.

Registration is free, but the suggested cost for the weekend is €30, payable on arrival.

If you would like to attend we encourage you to book accommodation as soon as possible; achilltourism.com is recommended, but booking.com is probably also worth looking at- We will be in Keel and other villages close by are Pollagh, Dooagh and Dookinella. There is no charge to register, but as stated the suggested cost on arrival is €30. See link below for the conference programme.
