AidEx Nairobi 2026

The AidEx Nairobi conference and exhibition is a two-day high-profile conference attracting over 500 aid & development professionals from East Africa and beyond, focussing on aid and development within this geographical region. It was launched in 2014 as a satellite event to our global annual flagship event in Geneva.

AidEx Nairobi brings together thought leaders, practitioners, and key stakeholders from the public, private and civil society sectors to redefine humanitarian and development interventions in East Africa. This event explores how we can future-proof humanitarian assistance and strengthen development by building more impactful partnerships, elevating locally-led initiatives and leveraging innovation to deliver sustainable solutions to the region’s most urgent challenges.

AidEx Nairobi takes place on 3-4 June 2026 at the Safari Park Hotel. Our audience includes UN agencies, donors, Red Cross societies, international and local NGOs, CBOs and the private sector.
