4th Annual Civilian Armoured Vehicle Forum 2025
AidEx has teamed up again with Armoured Consulting to host the 4th Annual CAV Forum 2025. This event is unique being the only global programme that focuses exclusively on the major issues influencing and affecting civilian armoured vehicle fleets for the aid, development and diplomatic communities. The programme begins with a live firing ballistic and blast simulation demonstration on the day before AidEx, followed by a programme of discussions and learning at the CAV Forum located inside the AidEx Exhibition in Geneva.

Date: 22-24 October in Geneva, Switzerland
Tuesday 21 October - Live fire demonstration in a secure location, 15 minutes' drive from central Geneva Pre-demonstration Networking Lunch, bringing all participants together at a local restaurant, providing an opportunity to engage with fellow delegates, in preparation for an afternoon’s shooting. The Live Fire element will be held at a secure location 15 minutes from central Geneva and close to the restaurant, the day before AidEx on October 21. The Live Firing Demonstration will be held from 14:30-16:00 and provide a simulation of a ballistic attack on a vehicle by the Geneva Police. The Geneva Police will also demonstrate an under vehicle and roof grenade blast attack on the vehicle as well as a small explosive device attached to a side door - sometimes known as a "sticky bomb" - to demonstrate their destructive capability.
Wednesday October 22nd and Thursday 23rd – 4th Annual CAV Forum Civilian Armoured Vehicle Workshop Days, at AidEx at Palexpo - Hall 4 These workshop days provide attendees with a wide range of sessions that will highlight and address some of the major challenges that procurement specialists, fleet managers, operators and senior managers face when buying, managing and operating armoured vehicles.
