Agile Lean Europe 2025

The Agile Lean Europe (ALE) network is an open, evolving community of individuals connected to local groups and organizations. Its mission is to spread ideas and deepen collective understanding of Agile and Lean thinking across Europe. By bringing together diverse perspectives and fostering cross-border collaboration, ALE enables remarkable insights to emerge.

Each year, Agile and Lean practitioners come together at the ALE Unconference, hosted in a different European city and organized by volunteers from local communities.

ALE’25 will take place in Munich, Germany.

Please note: Orders after July 28th will not include a T-Shirt.

Additional Information

What is ALE?

ALE is an Unconference, meaning there’s no (or very little) pre-set agenda or lineup of invited speakers. Instead, the program is co-created by attendees each morning, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute, lead sessions, and share their ideas. At ALE, every participant can become a speaker!

Ticket pricing

We believe in building an inclusive and supportive community. Our ticketing system reflects our values of collaboration and mutual support. We offer flexible ticket options, allowing attendees to contribute more if they can, or receive support if needed. By purchasing a Supporter or Patron ticket, you’re helping someone else attend. Supported tickets are designed to make participation accessible for everyone. Together, we can create an event that welcomes all voices!

We’re still short on sponsorship — and to make this event financially sustainable and inclusive, we’ll be adjusting ticket prices on July 28.

Starting July 28, we’ll shift to a single Late Bird ticket at €500.

❤️ About Supported (€300) and Subsidized (€250) tickets We’ve kept these lower-cost options open as long as possible. To ensure they stay available for people who truly need them, we’re now limiting them to 5 each.

Please only choose these tickets if financial support is what makes your attendance possible. Thank you for helping us keep ALE welcoming and accessible to all.
