The Kanban Method is a simple scientific work management method to enable you to do the right thing at the right time.

In this class we will go over simple Kanban concepts that are powerful in helping you organize, understand and manage your work. It will help you understand how Kanban fits within the agile management context and reveal how it can harmonize your current ways of working – whether you work in an agile environment or not.

This certified Lean Kanban course is designed as a hands-on workshop and uses various exercises, videos, games and simulations alongside instructor-led discussions and presentations. You will gain practical insights on how to implement or improve Kanban within your organization and reduce the bottlenecks that obstruct your development process.

After completion of training you will learn how to

  • Be able to lead the design of a Kanban System

  • Be able to guide a team in their adoption of Kanban
