Enterprise Kanban – A Fresh New Business Operating Model to Achieve Business Agility We are in an era of rapid technology innovation and market disruption; traditional management methods are challenged to keep up with the pace of this change. Our existing business management practices based on traditional organizational hierarchy models simply can’t keep up with the pace of change required to adapt and survive in today’s market.

Modern agile product methods provided a new focus on faster delivery of customer value and how to facilitate new levels of innovation from our teams, but they do not address operational inefficiencies and the benefit of clear vision and transparency from the ideation of products and innovations through the delivery of realizations. Agile product methds are simply not enough.

KANBAN MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

Students completing both Kanban Systems Design and this class will earn the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential. Attendees will receive the following recognition:

• Kanban Management Professional credential from Kanban University
• Print version of classroom workbook
• Digital version of the class slides
• David J. Anderson book Kanban (digital version)
• Membership in Kanban University and a listing in the Kanban University Alumni Directory

Within a month after attending the program, you will have a one-on-one follow-up session with a Professional Kanban Coach. He or she will help you maximize the momentum and energy generated during the program. Together, you will discuss how to apply and integrate the concepts you learned.

Cancellation Policy:

Agile Earth reserves the right to postpone or cancel classes due to insufficient registration, inclement weather or due to illness of instructors. Should any of these situations occur, 100% of fees will either be refunded or applied to a different class, at the student's discretion.

Student Cancellation Policy:

Must send email to Registration@AgileEarth.com to notify of cancellation of registration. Refundable fees are as follows:

• Within 7 days – no refund, but may use funds towards another Agile Earth class
• 8 – 13 days - 50% refund
• 14 or more days – 100% refund
