When was the last time you truly rested? Can’t remember the last time you took a day off? Rush, stress and hectic schedules are familiar to everyone in today’s competitive environment.
We decided to organize REVIVE’s first event of the year about sleep and recovery, since the beginning of the year is often busy for many and the importance of rest is easily forgotten.
All of the event’s speakers are experts in the field of sleep or recovery. We will hear Henri Tuomilehto (an experienced docent and doctor specialized in sleep), Leena Pennanen (the woman who brought mindfulness to Finland) and Sinuhe Wallinheimo (a Member of Parliament who is also a former professional goaltender).
