Rooftop Circuit

Four athletes. One team. 21.1 km. With the Burj Khalifa as your backdrop.

Here's exactly how it works, from the moment you arrive:

1. You check in as a team. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your team's start time. Check in at registration, collect your Rooftop Circuit t-shirt and warm up.

2. Your team starts together. Teams start in waves from 17:30, so the rooftop is busy all evening. You'll get your team's start time before the event.

3. You work through the course as a team. Every station adds to your team's distance, and together you build up to 21.1 km:

• 50 synchronised bodyweight squats: 1,000 m
• Run: 3,000 m
• SkiErg + row at the same time: 6,000 m
• 50 synchronised bodyweight squats: 1,000 m
• C2 bike: 8,000 m
• Farmer's carry: 2,000 m
• Team run to the finish: 100 m

1. You cross the line together. The last 100 m is all four of you, side by side. Most teams finish in 45–60 minutes.

2. Race it or just finish it. Strong teams can go for the fastest time. Everyone else can take it on as a shared challenge. Either way, you finish as a team.

And don't worry: coaches and a live MC run the course all evening, guiding you through each station and keeping the energy up. You don't need to be an athlete. You just need three teammates and the will to finish.
