Emily began her cycling journey as a courier in London, and has since gone on to win some of the most gruelling ultra-distance races in the world. She has published two books, and is a huge advocate for getting more people - women in particular - cycling and using the bike as a tool for exploration and self-discovery. She's passionate, inspirational and sure to sow a seed of motivation in anyone who comes and listens to her speak.

We'll be talking to Emily about New Season Success - how to stay motivated through winter, how to plan for the coming year of adventures, and how to fine-tune your own personal definition of success.
