The Ireland-Northern Ireland Protocol to the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement

The ICEL and the School of Law in Queen's University Belfast are delighted to announce that the Ireland-Northern Ireland Protocol to the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement Conference, which was postponed in April due to the Covid 19 pandemic, has been reconstituted. The conference will now take place in an online format over six days between 25 November 2020 and 2 December 2020 and will be chaired by Professor Christopher McCrudden of Queen's University Belfast.

The first seminar of the series will address "EU Governance of the Protocol" and will take place on 25 November 2020 from 1 pm until 2pm. Speakers at this seminar will include:

The second seminar in the series will address "UK/Northern Ireland Governance of the Protocol" and will take place on 26 November 2020 from 1pm until 2pm. Speakers at this seminar will include:
