Practice and Procedure before the EU courts
This event is co-hosted by the Irish Criminal Bar Association.
EU law now affects the majority of legal subjects and it is increasingly necessary for all lawyers to have a good knowledge of the practice and procedure before the European courts. This evening seminar should be of interest to all litigators, including experienced EU lawyers, newly qualified practitioners and lawyers working in areas traditionally outside the remit of EU law (such as criminal law). The speakers and chair are some of the Irish lawyers with the greatest level of experience running cases before the European courts.
If you need and invoice, please email icel@tcd.ie with details of your booking.
