Expect GDoCExpo conference sessions broadcast live to the big screen, game stations, and dedicated space available for attendees to mingle and network in-person. We've partnered with OS NYC, the home for gamers and streamers in New York City, fitted with a huge screen for GDoCExpo, top of the line PCs, Xboxes, PS5s, Switches, streaming booths, and bar. TADA, a local Korean Fried Chicken restaurant, is the food provider of OS NYC (no outside food or drink permitted), and there are plenty of local places to eat.
Admission to our Watch Party grants a wristband that's also an OS NYC day pass for access to all their PCs, consoles, and games!
Please note that this is a pass to attend the in-person screening of only Friday's sessions of the online GDoCExpo conference. Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not a person of color. Can I attend?
Yup! We welcome all people to this event.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We welcome people of all ages! However, we ask that people under 18 attend with their parents, guardian, or a chaperone. The venue has security who will check your ID. The name on your ID must match the name of your registration. Your registration name is not public and will only be seen by security and GDoC staff. Once inside, you may use any name (such as on a name tag).
Do I need to be in the games industry to attend?
No! We welcome people from outside the industry. Whether you're a fan of games or just curious, you'll have a blast at our event.
What will be available to play at the game stations?
Several game stations will be dedicated to GDoCExpo curated games. Dozens of additional game stations will be available for unlimited open play from anything in OS NYC's library. If there is any additional equipment you'd like to use that is not already available at a game station, such as a specific controller or other peripheral, you can check them out for free with your ID during your visit! Will food or beverages be available?
Please note, no outside food or beverages are allowed inside OS NYC. There are beverages available for purchase on-site. In addition, OS NYC partners with TADA—a local Korean Fried Chicken restaurant. Using a QR code on-site, you can order from TADA and pick up from the front desk to enjoy at OS NYC. There are also plenty of local places near the venue to grab a bite to eat.
Is there re-entry?
Yes! OS NYC will check tickets at the door and have wristbands available for re-entry.
