I'm not a person of color. Can I attend?

Yup! We welcome all people to this event.


Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

We welcome people of all ages! However, we ask that people under 18 attend with their parents, guardian, or a chaperone.


Do I need to be in the games industry to attend?

No! We welcome people from outside the industry. Whether you're a fan of games or just curious, you'll have a blast at our event.


What is a Virtual Ticket?

Game Devs of Color Expo is held online on Swapcard – our online event platform. Even the party is virtual!


I bought a ticket. How do I log in?

After registering for this year's event, search your inbox for an email from Swapcard – our online event platform. If you haven't received an email yet, try opening the schedule and logging in/creating an account using the same email you used to get your ticket.


If I can't watch all the talks, will I be able to watch them later? 

Yes, virtual tickets include the ability to rewatch any talk, panel, or interview in our online event space the day after the event ends. After several months, we will begin to publish videos one-by-one on YouTube. Buying a ticket is the best way to access everything as soon as possible.
