Food on the Edge International is a two-day symposium that takes place annually. Founded in Ireland in 2015, it is for chefs & food enthusiasts all around the world who want to create a better global network.
Food on the Edge International is a coming together of chefs to listen, talk and debate about the future of food in our industry and on our planet.
Food on the Edge will move off the island of Ireland for the first time in 2026 and will be held in Valetta, Malta #FOTE2026
