Alacrity UK’s entrepreneurship programme empowers aspiring entrepreneurs to create scalable, high-growth businesses by tackling demand-led challenges from industry. Our goal is to strengthen the Welsh tech ecosystem by supporting entrepreneurship, fostering innovation, and enabling diverse talent to turn ideas into impactful ventures.
We’re excited to be hosting the next Hackathon within Abacws. This is a unique opportunity for students to apply their skills to real-world challenges, collaborate with peers, and gain mentorship from industry experts. At Alacrity, we’re passionate about helping innovators turn ideas into solutions, and we can’t wait to see the creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial spirit that emerges from this event.
With a cash prize, we cannot wait to meet some of the university’s most talented students and provide an insight into our incubator.

This Blind Date, inspired by the 90's TV show, is a student and employer networking session that will see students as contestants looking to secure their 'blind date' with an employer as a fun way for students to secure their summer internship, placement, graduate position, work experience, CV-review, mentoring or whatever their prize will be.
