‘Summer Soiree’ - Probate and Family Law
To mark the close of the legal year, the Probate Bar Association and the Family Law Bar Association have come together to present a programme exploring key issues that arise across both areas of practice.
The first paper will examine claims brought by cohabitees against the estate of a deceased person, including a review of recent developments in the case law. The second paper will focus on disputes relating to parentage, outlining the procedural steps involved in resolving these matters within both family law and probate practice.
This event offers valuable insights into the areas where probate and family law intersect, providing practitioners with an update on important legal and procedural developments.
Drinks and nibbles will be served after the event.
