Resolving Inheritance Disputes: Probate Mediation Matters

One of the Probate Bar Association’s core beliefs is that communication between families is key to avoiding and/or resolving family disputes, and this extends to encouraging parties if at all possible to resolve disputes by way of agreement, and if necessary, with the benefit of mediation. For that reason, the theme of this year’s annual conference is resolving inheritance disputes through Mediation.
