Ms Justice Caroline Biggs will introduce the protocol which includes sections on: Investigation, Early Consultation, File Submission and Decision Making, Court Accompanied Support Worker for Child Offenders, Third-party Material, the District & Central Criminal Court, Provision of Information to Child Defendant/Victim (and/or their Parent or Guardian), Data Collection and Review.
