ICBA ‘on Drugs’ , Common Prosecutions in the District
Inaugural event of the Irish Criminal Bar Association new CPD, Common Prosecutions in the District, series catering specifically for years 1-5 where they will learn the key proofs of some of the most commonly prosecuted summary offences alongside the procedural evidential challenges which may open to exploration in the case.
ICBA ‘on Drugs’ hosts Gregory Murphy BL, an accomplished junior practitioner who knows his way around all things pills and powders. He will guide attendees through the key elements of possession offences and the proving of regulations, the drugs and ancillary matters.
