This event will provide an update to practitioners on developments in relation to the law governing the powers of receivers and the conduct of receiverships. The panel discussion will end with a Q & A session.

It is hoped that participants will have refined their knowledge of this dynamic and constantly evolving area of law.

This event is open to all and a drinks reception will follow in The Sheds after the event.


Please note the CIBA AGM will take place at 4.15pm In Person only with the CPD following directly afterwards.
