This seminar will outline the latest updates in both personal insolvency and bankruptcy law, providing attendees with practical insights into recent developments and their implications. By the end of the presentation, participants will have a clear understanding of the key elements of bankruptcy law as well as the essential aspects of personal insolvency law.
