"What music can teach us about business", with Itay Talgam

Itay Talgam is a conductor who debuted in 1987, when he was chosen by Leonard Bernstein to appear in a special concert with the Orchestre de Paris. A business consultant and speaker, his TED talk has been viewed more than 3.5 million times.

In an interview with Laurent Haug, Itay will explore the striking parallels between the world of business and music, an art form that concerns such issues as communication, listening, technique, preparation, improvisation and interpretation, rehearsal and performance.

Leveraging his experience as a conductor, Itay will provide stimulating insights into familiar management concerns such as leadership, teamwork, creativity, mentorship and personal development.

The proceedings of the event will be donated to B'Tselem.
