PHP for fun and Profit!
Daragh O’Shea, a php developer and business founder, will discuss how the PHP ecosystem, particularly Laravel, provides many opportunities for developers to build revenue generating side-projects and startups. PHP is not often used by many startups, especially in Ireland, and we'd like to change that. We will explore the Laravel framework and ecosystem of packages and tools to help build SaaS products. We will also explore how an inclusion with the startup ecosystem may help to foster collaboration between technical and non-technical budding entrepreneurs.
