John is a Change Manager in the Pensions Authority and is currently helping the organisation to build in-house change management capability and capacity in support of its strategic objectives. Previously, John worked in a global high-tech multinational where he led a global change management team responsible for the people side of a process and tool transformation that affected a 16,000 strong global workforce.
