Confessions from Collaborative Coaches - What's a Coach to Do?

Not every turning point in a collaborative matter is obvious.

This first CP(NSW) member event for the year will feature a facilitated, panel-led case walk-through to explore how coaches think in collaborative matters, including how they assess behaviour, pace, professional dynamics, process risk and how they decide when (and whether) to intervene.

Facilitated by Shelby Timmins, with panel contributions from highly experienced collaborative coaches, this session is designed for collaboratively trained professionals working in family law and estate planning, particularly lawyers not currently using coaches, new coaches and those curious to learn more about the coach role
